Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, assisting with performance management, and serving as a liaison between staff and management. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment while supporting PeopleFirst's HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
