We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to supervise production operations across multiple bakery branches and ensure production targets, operational efficiency, profitability, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are achieved.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing efficient production operations across assigned bakery branches, addressing operational issues, optimizing workforce allocation, managing production planning, coordinating maintenance, supporting inventory control, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Process Engineering, or equivalent.

- At least 7 years’ experience in bakery and operations management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.

- Sound knowledge of bakery facility requirements, processes, operations, and maintenance.
