Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Performance: Deliver branch growth and profitability by meeting disbursement, collection, and portfolio performance targets.
• Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate branch personnel to cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented workplace.
• Protect Portfolio Quality & Manage Risk: Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, affordability checks, and fraud prevention measures.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion customer advocacy by educating borrowers, resolving inquiries promptly, and building long-term community relationships.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage office administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and report insights to Sector Management to capitalize on local market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in a Business-related discipline.
• Experience: Proven leadership track record, ideally as a Team Leader or Branch Manager within financial services, consistently hitting performance KPIs and managing healthy portfolios.
• Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
