We’re looking for candidates with:

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Management or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or a comparable production environment, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Sound knowledge of canvas footwear manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management and cost control.
• Experience managing production teams and manufacturing equipment.
