Job Description

• Troubleshoot, analyze and repair problems of computer elements.
• Initiate procurement process for required ICT equipment.
• Prepare reports on conditions of ICT equipment.
• Maintenance of computing systems and data communication systems.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware compatibility issues.
• Obtain, set and install computer software.
• Assist the ICT Trainers and Computer Technologists.
• Supervise and guide students on practical attachments.
• Installation and configuration of ERP software system.
• Distribution of procured ICT equipment.
• Management of ICT equipment inventory.
• Management and track user work tickets.
• Create user accounts in the Domain Name Server.
• Install and configuring antivirus software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
• At least three (3) years relevant work experience.
• Any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
