Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and evaluate credit arrangements for insurers, corporates and individual debtors.
- Oversee credit documentation, compliance and debt recovery.
- Coordinate with legal teams on credit-related matters.
- Develop and implement monthly cash and credit collection plans.
Minimum Requirements for this role are:
- CPA II or Diploma in Credit Management (mandatory).
- At least 8 years of credit management experience, including 5 years in senior credit control within an established hospital, preferably Level 4 or above.
- Strong financial analysis, compliance and stakeholder management capabilities.
