• We’re hiring a Customer Experience Agent for a high-end home and interiors business in Nairobi.
• We’re looking for someone who is polished, customer-focused and confident engaging clients across DMs, WhatsApp and calls. The role will also involve following up on enquiries, recommending suitable products and helping convert customer interest into sales.
• Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline and an interest in home décor and interiors.
