What You’ll Do
- Help apply and embed a consistent partnership governance framework across the organization, creating first and supporting adherence later to agreed standards and controls
- Analyze partner performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas, providing clear insights to support decision‑making
- Coordinate governance reviews, forums, and follow‑ups with internal teams and external partners to ensure actions are tracked through to completion
- Work closely with regional and functional teams to support the application of global partnership standards at a local level
- Support the implementation of partnership operating models, contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain oversight of partnership activities, ensuring issues are surfaced early and managed appropriately in a fast‑moving environment
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years experience working within healthcare insurance operations, provider relations, or partnership operations
- A solid understanding of how healthcare providers, insurers, or third‑party administrators operate together
- Experience working across multicultural or international environments
- The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and follow work through to resolution
- Clear and structured communication skills, with the confidence to work across different stakeholder groups
