REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) and at least five years’ experience supporting early-years learning. Demonstrated classroom management, child safeguarding and play-based learning skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS | TEACHING ROLES

• TSC registration is mandatory for TSC-regulated teaching positions. All applicants should demonstrate digital literacy, sound communication skills in English and Kiswahili, familiarity with CBE, a strong safeguarding ethos, teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to learner success.
