Job Specification

• Graduate in Horticulture, floriculture, Agriculture
• 5-10 years’ experience in a Flower Production in the same capacity
• Excellent leadership and Management skills
• Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team player facilitating cross-functional collaboration
