RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver goods to customers accurately, safely, and within agreed timelines.
- Promote and sell company products to both prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure full satisfaction.
- Collect payments upon delivery and issue proper receipts where required.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales, collection, and delivery targets.
- Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor trends.
- Keep accurate logs of daily sales, deliveries, payments, and customer visits.
- Maintain the delivery bicycle in good, working order.
REQUIREMENTS
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, delivery, merchandising, or field customer service.
- Must own and regularly use a functional bicycle for field operations.
- Familiarity with Ngara and surrounding local routes is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and reliable customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
- Ability to manage daily routes and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
