Can you turn a practical lesson, a student interview or a question about college life into a TikTok that prospective students want to watch and share? We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer to lead our TikTok content and grow enquiries for our healthcare training programmes.
What you’ll do
- Plan, film, edit and publish original TikToks, including skills lab demonstrations, student interviews, campus tours and answers to common admissions questions.
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions with students and trainers. Keep the discussion engaging and give viewers accurate information about courses and upcoming intakes.
- Manage the content calendar and adapt strong videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Respond to comments and messages, then connect interested students with the right campus admissions team.
- Review performance weekly. Track watch time, shares and enquiries, and work with admissions to identify which campaigns lead to registrations.
What we’re looking for
- A portfolio of TikToks or Reels you personally created. Work from a personal, freelance or brand account is welcome.
- Strong smartphone filming and editing skills, including clear audio, captions and confident use of CapCut or a similar editing tool.
- Confidence appearing on camera and helping students and trainers feel comfortable on camera.
- Clear communication in English and Kiswahili, with a good understanding of Kenyan audiences and TikTok trends.
- Experience using social media analytics to improve content. Paid advertising experience is an added advantage.
Submit your CV and **links to three short videos you personally created**. Tell us what you contributed to each. For one video, briefly explain what you wanted it to achieve and what happened after you posted it.
Finally, in two or three sentences, **pitch one TikTok you would film during your first week at a medical college.**
