About the Role:
To ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of orders to customers while maintaining high standards of customer service, road safety, and asset care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Distribution: Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately. Pick and dispatch orders from shops/warehouse.
- Confirm deliveries and handle products with care.
- Route Planning & Efficiency: Plan efficient routes using GPS to avoid delays and optimize fuel usage.
- Customer Service: Be professional and courteous to customers.
- Vehicle & Motorbike Management: Conduct daily checks and keep vehicle roadworthy.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow traffic laws and use protective gear.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain delivery logs and report incidents.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driving and motorcycle licence (Class A, B, C, and E)
- Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate)
- Good knowledge of Nairobi and effective time management
- Basic vehicle and motorcycle maintenance knowledge
- High integrity and accountability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
