Talent Grid Africa Limited is hiring a farm manager, on behalf of our client based in Narumoro, to lead the farms' commercial and operational performance.
What you'll do:
- Manage the farm’s P&L through strong yields, cost control and budgeting
- Run the planting programme, from land preparatio to post-harvest handling.
- Lead the production team and introduce new crop varieties
- Promote sustainable practices and keep the farm certified and audit-ready
