Key qualifications, experience and skills required
- A recognised swimming instructor or coaching certification.
- Valid lifeguard/water safety and First Aid (CPR) certification.
- At least two (2) years' experience teaching swimming in a school.
- Ability to teach beginners through to competitive swimmers and prepare learners for galas.
- Strict adherence to pool safety and safeguarding procedures.
